How to Unlock the Entrance Door (Smart Lock)

- Touch the white touch panel on the entrance door.
- Enter the four-digit PIN sent to you by email in advance, then tap “
”. - The door will unlock when you hear a short beep-beep sound.
How to Check In Using the Authentication Tablet
After entering the entrance, you will find a tablet on the counter to your left. Please follow the on-screen instructions.
By scanning your QR code, you can access your reservation without manually entering your reservation number.
A QR code will be displayed after you select your language.
How to Unlock Your Guest Room Door
Enter the four-digit PIN sent to you by email in advance, then press the “▽” button to unlock the door.
(Please press the “▽” button firmly until you hear the unlocking sound.)
To reset, press the “□” button and re-enter the PIN.

- As Kita-Kamakura 520 is a wooden building situated in a residential neighborhood, we ask you to be mindful of talking volume and other noises during your stay.
- Televisions and clocks are not provided in the rooms. We invite you to take a break from the noise of everyday life and spend your time here in a calm and unhurried atmosphere.
